Politics,career growth is very slow, there is a bond of 2 years as well top management doesn't address our issues. No exit interviews which is on portal only.

Experience was quite interesting at the beginning, but company shows its real face on pendamic., All the world is doing WFH till now and we were going from last 2019, this is really life therenting experience I had.

Motherson Sumi INfotech & designs is my first company. Company is good in terms of job security as I have seen people working here from past 20 years or more, many of such people haven't updated themselves technically or professionally still they are in good positions.

Dislikes

There is a lot to talk about when it comes about cons working in this organization. People hired for one skill set are provided projects with different skill set. No team bonding, no work from home, Office first than family. Second thing we faced was lack of resources in projects. Organization run many 24x7 processes with 3 or max for persons in a team through rotational shifts. Employees cannot take leaves because they do not have sufficient number of employees in team to run the process. If one has to take a leave other person has to compensate with his shift. Now coming on to hardware/software resources, you'll get your laptop after one year of approvals. Employees in IT support has to share desktops & wait for others to leave for the day. Many employees waste 3-4 hours per day since they do not have a dedicated system & seat for sitting. There are no shift allowances. Officially company is working 5 days but there are many processes which require you to be in office for 6 days but there is no compensation for 6th day, some employees get 2000 INR per months as compensation irrespective of there salary for a normal working day. There is no process for employee training. I got no technical in my 7 years of working. They allow employees to undergo some certifications & reimbursement amount for certification is 15000 rupees from year 2011. They have not updated any policy from years which have some financial benefits(allowances, reimbursement) while there have been exponential rise in market for everything.
