Everything. I was associated with the ITISG division of the company which does not meet any market standards. They make you feel special during there needs and throw you out like anything if need is full filled. All other departments are equally week and serve a bad image amongst the current as well as X employees. Middle managementof ITISG is unskilled, non professional, biased that sooner you will start feeling that you choose a wrong company and eventually leave. I am thankful to be put in situation that helped me/ motivated me to leave this toxic culture and people. Happy to be where I am working now with so much transparent policies, driven by employees, Great place to Work, fortune 500 companies. There is lot of politics and career growth is very slow your future will be destroyed by your manager and you will get only 2% appraisal if you get excellent performance. You will not get shift allowance on it will take 3 to 4 months for single one month payments. Hr and finance team they treat looks like don of the company. Internal policy is very bad. I had no option to under rate this company below 1 star else I should have. Never consider them joining. You will regret.
