There are many points which i doesn't like about Montara:- *There is no work life balance *Salary is avg but no growth in future *Always making false commitments * 0 Job Security, any day you will receive call from HR and she will inform you that, today is your last day. *Worst culture ever seen *No skill development and I'm starting forget skilled which I had, as there is no use or it.
