Likes

Mr. Chairman of the Company passed away just last year and after that his daughter Managing Director of the Company running the Company. She is not enough capable to operate the Group of Company. Near about 10,000 peoples are working here but mostly top management peoples are taken silly decisions which are not appropriate for such a big organization.

Dislikes

I like this company and it was highly reputed but due to some wrong decisions by the top company become uncertain in future.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Very good organization and equipped by the modern machines. I worked 12- 14 hours everyday due to responsibilities. I don't have any time bar. But to operate a garment factory in Bangladesh, means you are in driving seat. There are no option to relax.

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off!
