There was a very bad experience. No job security. work pressure is more than others. Management is also not good. They make policies and rules in favour of thierselfs.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and People behaviour is not good. They gives pressure work on others. Principal has no etticates to talk staff. She always shouts on others.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
