I didn’t like anything in this company working style or working period or anything.

Very worst company in my career I have ever seen, they will take you as a engineer but they force you to do HVAC Sales and Amc also. Everyday they need profits and moreover even if u don’t have sales domain experience they will ask to do sales on target basis. If you won’t accept or won’t reach targets they will target you, they will screw You, and they will deduct salary or they will provide only half salary. Coming to the point hike.. do not expect a single riyal increment in your work period. And they won’t agree to leave you company peacefully after your visa completion , they will torture you if you against anything the rules made by that company. Mainly they aren’t following Oman govt rules anywhere there is not particular timings for engineers and supervisors. They will say in the joining time you will have 1month paid leave, but according to them if you are making visa renewal only they will pay you 1 month leave salary with Leave otherwise they won’t pay that leave salary if you are not renewing visa.
