They always have less staff in comparison to work they receives. Due to this sometimes it became very hectic and busy schedule but this also provide a great learning opportunity for newcomers.

Work life balance is very hard maintain while working in this lab. Salary and work is not properly rationalised here. The only good thing about working here is you can learn alot of things, if you are willing to learn.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
