No Job Security, Management always listening others complaints, but wont get the clarification, and immediately remove from the jobs. They are not having logical thinking and discrimination in the thinking regarding employees.

Dislikes

No job security, No training, teammates cooperation is fantastic, no career growth, no improvement in salary and appraisal, average work environment, no work-life balance.
