Employee centric culture. Work life balance is very good. Company takes care of its employees. Support from management.

Dislikes

Nothing major except for limited learning opportunities. A few managers are biased but again so is the case ever where. Too many changes at senior level is worrisome. Also goals for the year change by end of year and lacks stability.

I never liked working with JLT, It had the worst working environment I ever had, there was too much of office politics and even seniors do micro management a lot, I have almost spent 2.5 yrs but mostly was rated unfair even when it was not my fault, mostly I had system issues however this system issue down time was also calculated through my productivity which hampered my rating overall and I was never been helped through it or I never grow with this organisation...Read More

Work stress, not employee centric , no employee retention efforts, less salary, poor work culture, don't get help when needed. Managers are very casual, no regular one to one sessions for growth. No class room trainings available. No Hr available. Don't know the details. No Hr interaction with employees. No transparency..

Employee centric company. Good benefits compared to other companies.

Dislikes

HR department doesn't respond for refferal, neither they are concerned about attrition rate. If any employee complaints or resign they don't have any self initiative to ask also why employee is leaving because in company salary issue is not the reason. Many are tired stressed of managers, process , no promotions , etc.

Like is one thing my team mates are really nice and helpful with me and i was also support everyone. That is the only thing I survive 6month other than that nothing

1. A very poor manager assigned to our team he just got promoted as he is long time working with mercer no other quality of handling big sizes of team. 2. Working hours are showing 8-5 but it is for HR only as an employee we used to do so much of extra time after reaching home we used to sit till 12 or 2 am midnight for just completing the work, Jo ki next day bhi ho sakta h but pressure OMYGOD 3.
