Job security, company culture, work life balance are fairly okay. Unless you are tagged to a pushy stakeholder, nothing goes out of balance.

Dislikes

From a career growth standpoint, operations and finance departments offer above average satisfaction. When it comes to IT department then the organization falls short of salary (appraisal budget), learning opportunities and above all growth opportunities for employees who have spent over 3 years in organization.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
