The Company has lot of wings towards to it. A medium scale organisation. Lot of opportunities to the growth of individual. Ample time to gather good experience, tests our ability to maximum extent and gives lots of responsibilities to one who wants them to make efficient outcome of oneself. Overall a fine company.

Dislikes

The company has some perks to it and doesn't show what it can when it comes to competition. Work-life balance is important.

Work Details

Overall my work is little bit heavy. i got to learn a lot from my side cause the company doesn't have separate employees huge process. It breaks down to simple level and gives more responsibilities to oneself. Well heavy but also good to know the process.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
