Work Details

The job was quite interesting there! I never struggled there .I got the chance to wear multiple hat and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the hotel.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
