Management issues and false promises. No transparency during appraisals! Was being told that the appraisal process will be transparent, discussion will be there on why company gave you that particular point but we didn't had any discussion directly everyone was given 8 and when asked they said received from the manager. You'll end up feeling demotivated when you realise that the company only care about their own benefits and doesn't matter how hard an employee has worked thinking about their appraisals and promotions. We were literally given 3% hike!! And a poor guy from team didn't even received that and when asked why they said "didn't had enough money to do so" from a team of 15-20 members he was the only who didn't received the appraisal even giving his 100%...Read More
