As a fresher it was good for my career start i had enough freedom to work and explore new things And Sujith is best in training us he always encouraged us and motivated us . It's a small team so it's fun to work . Appraisal is completely dependent on ur work so I had a hike in 6months itself.

Nothing. Almost every day drinking in side office

I worked there almost 1 year, I never ever get my salary right time but everyday thay will drink and smoke for that they have money and no traveling allowance should take my self and no food allowance also salary never getting right time some time without salary everything need to take myself .

Very bad work life.They want only achieve targets no payments right time.Own Camara using but photographer's not getting what they needed Product delivery also not right time everyday clients come and shouting in Hospital and also Hospital management too.
