The compensation is good however I appreciate if it could be more competitive.

Work life balance, sustainable projects, infrastructure, Managers who understand and acknowledge employees, decent hikes.

Dislikes

Hikes can be given more to outstanding resources and who have maintained outstanding ratings during their tenure. Acknowledgement of individual in Organisation's awards & recognition portal would be more encouraging instead of appreciating generally within a team.

Recently, the company introduced an assessment for appraisal ratings based solely on primary skill sets. Howere, this approach may not fully capture the true value of an employee's contribution. A more effective evaluation process would involve incorporating real-time feedback from clients, which could offer a more comprehensive view of performance. The last 2 years of appraisal/hike cycle have not been satisfied at all. I know the current situation behind the market economy. I hope the next appraisal/hike cycle will be improve better.

Having been with the company for quite a long period, I can confidently say that this experience has been incredibly enriching and fulfilling. In night shift there is no food available in food court after 12-1am and for morning shift also in 5th floor no coffee/tea/milk is available till 8am.
