1. The management has got good people. 2. The company policies are average

Dislikes

1. They do not pay on time 2. They fire people randomly. The teachers on the app do not get paid on time 3. It has a 6 day work week and they can make you work on a Sunday as well 4. There is no job security in this company 5. They have fired entire departments, with interns acting as managers

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
