People are good there, I fell in love with my job so clearly , I learned lot of work, it helped me improved my skills in many areas and I'm grateful 🙂

Dislikes

1) Well, its a small company so promotion are based on how one is closed to the higher levels or if they're related to the family then they get promoted regardless of performance. (Favorism is highly practiced there which leads many good employees to leave the job) 2) No job security 3) Salary is paid very late (sometimes it takesupto 2 and half months to get paid) 4) It sometimes causes mental health....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
