Micronet Global Services is a manpower company where they have a client base around 64 companies with 3000 employees at the moment .It's Interesting work with employees of different social backgrounds and working environments.Self learning to handle labour categories and labour court issues is interesting.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Certain practices are un-ethical to be followed in the company according to labour rules .

Work Details

I have assigned to handle 21 clients companies, where I'm responsible for their recruitment's,placements,on boarding,industrial relations,terminations,labour tribunals against the client companies

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
