Microlan must have to change their company policy because they can't do anything as per policy. If you're employee of company then you are valuable asset but if you resign from company then you have to suffer with too many problems without any reason. Lalit Kumar Prajapati is the director of company and he does not have any sense have to talk with employee even they use very bad language.
Company is good for learning purpose but not for feature purpose.
Sachin godge is the best person to share any problem.
My personal experience with all problems is started when I resign from company and denied for retention. Then at time I am devil for company.
After my resignation 1 client is close his project from company for this Lalit Kumar Prajapati blame of me . I ask him to give me all explanation on mail but as usual then didn't reply on mail because officially and professionally it not my fault.
I have one more story to share. I had sent too many emails, but no one was responding, so I sought help from a lawyer. The lawyer sent three notices, but as usual, they didn't respond. One day, I visited the Microlan office with my wife, and Lalit Kumar Prajapati was in the office that day. I arrived at the office around 11 am and waited in the lobby. At first, he denied meeting me, but I told him I wouldn't leave without a meeting. After four hours, he called the lobby reception and asked me to come up for a meeting. The point here is the "faltu wala" attitude of Lalit Kumar Prajapati
