This Company is in the fileld of Marketing reseach. In this company I really felt that I am a part of the Company because my boss was a docile person and gentleman.

Dislikes

Compensation was not well, but working environment was good. The work pressure was not so high. Sometimes I worked only 7 to 8 hrs in a day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
