Dislikes

There is lot of politics in this company where my salary is decent but career growth is very slow which I did not like it this is very important for me.

Work Details

This job is very normal and good.i got a chance to start a career in this company and I gain knowledge from MI Company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
