Campus is very beautiful Opportunity to take your own decision in terms of Curriculum planning Opportunity to get the position at least on paper which will help to build your Resume. Now they have started to work on teachers development ( FDP program)

Too much work pressure, no time for personal growth & development & also family. Very less manpower They expect multi task ( Person has to do everything from peon to HOD ) Lack of Infrastructure facility - allotment process is very lengthy & complicated. System is yet to be set , though it is a university but they are running it as a Individual Institution

Good infrastructure. Very nicely designed syllabus. Many extracurricular activities, functions , programs take place. Colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike except for the fact that sometimes you pay is delayed because of the long process. (for visiting faculty)

My work experience at MGM Was terrible. My problems were left unsolved And my salary was credited after months. I was overwhelmed with an excessive amount of workload, Doing tasks outside my job role, An holidays were non-existent.
