It's a small company. The college were all supportive . If we can deliver the given task on time, everything goes smooth. Convey everything straight the issues you are facing or if needed support. Then they will take the steps that wht you need to complete the task . Team and mangement is so supportive.

Dislikes

1. Some times got to hear scoldings if it's not your issue too. It can make your day 👎. Yeah it's a team work and everyone is responsible to hear.i just said my opinion. 2. Sometimes I heard talking about a person's things in bad manner in the meetings(if the person is on leave that day or if he got any health issues taken sudden leave). It's not good .

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
