Work culture is horrible for sales people. Other real estate companies leave you by 6/7 on weekdays but here if you dont have clients they asked you to do telecalling until 9-10 pm. They hire people as a relationship manager but order them to do a telecalling job. Bosses/TLs/AM/Heads always rinsulting the employees. Vapes used by certain employees or TLs in the office premises.
