I worked with METALLURGICAL SERVICES between 1993 to 2009. I retired in 2009. It is almost 10 years I have no contact with the organisation so cannot comment on its today's condition. However during my tenure I enjoyed working with the organisation. Working culture was not bad. Management was keen in adopting all new technologies and achieved a good standard. Organisation use to provide essential trainings. All benefits were given to all staff however salary was not so good. No idea about the existing situation. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
