I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They will teach you how to work like a robot without any OT.

Dislikes

No job security, salary hikes based on caste and religion, No overtime pays. You have to work 11-12 hours every day and still they treat you like not enough and very low monthly salary.
