Not at all a professional organisation. It is more or less like a Real estate Marketing.

Dislikes

Worst working culture with full of politics. Specially not good for females since they are exploited badly. There is lots of Castism and Communalism. Job security is zero. They ask people to leave the next month of Joining. There is no training for employees.

Horrible. I have a family. These people offered me with lucrative package and i left a good organization. Because of politics they asked me leave 5 months.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
