The so called fake personality of the so called owner of the company.

Dislikes

Salary not on time. Big talks & promises but its all false and lies. No good work ethics. Company is blacklisted. Owner can even lie and do fake promises of his own children to not give salary on time.

Everything is fine, you will get freedom for work, As per your convenience office timing it means there is no punctuality but there is 0% job security & the major problem is salary issue. You can't get salary on time or your salary will be forfeit. You can't work on your job profile etc etc my review is 2/10

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
