Mental health nurse was telling me about her personal issues. There was no treatment plan there. At each meeting, his moods varied. She prescribed me some medication and at the last meeting, she told me point-blank that I was going to die (because of the medication she prescribed me. She was, moreover, ,45 minutes to my appointment and was blubbering that she was going to be late. She was really weird and confused. Also, I'm filing a case to complain to her order. The receptionist clearly ignored my fears. mentioned. I have all the documents exchanged with the latter. She is only told that there were records (which I requested according to the law on access to her medical file.. access to my file, I researched Medfutute, realizing that all numbered companies belonged to the director of Medfutute and that his wife was involved, I was clearly surprised. I am a former inspector and investigator in legislative compliance. I will clearly notify the incongruous elements to my former colleagues. In addition, I have contacts with Quebec revenue agents.
