They said have 5 values. But in suddenly came and fire the resources immediately. we have bonded with many colleagues and managers. without prior information one day they cam us and said we are discontinue of your employment with medfar. At least they should give prior information and give proper send off as we have worked with lot off trust on company and higher management as per their values. With this they have broken their values. It gave me experience any organisation don't trust too much and work. If they don't want us to continue, they can kick off from company. Really it's very very very hurts me and my team. Still i don't have words to explain much as am very disappointed....Read More
