I am working in this Company for such a long period because of the Good Environment. For the New Joinee it is a good Platform to polish his skill in the Healthcare Industry as we have to work on every kind of specialties. My Colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Related to work satisfaction, their is NO Doubt it is one of the best company.

Dislikes

Growth rate is very slow as it is very small company. I do receive appreciation for my work from my seniors but mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Rest of the things are small but I am quite satisfied with that because main thing is Growth and I am only looking for that.
