Dislikes

1. Desk job, all sites out of India except a handful. 2. It has happened that there was little to no work on some days due to various reasons. 3. Disparity in human ratio, majority females so some decisions/ events are more targeted to the majority audience. 4. Constantly changing team members due to over 30% attrition rate since the beginning of 2022. 5. Pay as per industry standards, don't expect much being a US company as the management is India.
