Good company but poor leadership Team mates are good

COO has poor leadership skills, he encourage mediocre performance and flattering culture.. He uses to oblige selective staff in his favour, he is highly insecure and adopt pic and choose culture. He always shots the gun at other shoulders.

Nothing, not a single thing. This is the worst company i have joined so far , the COO think he is the god of the company , they just stole out money right in front of your eyes 👀

Dislikes

Specially the COO and HR policies, when you think that you can refer a policy and claim your committed perks they changed it without letting you know and your bonus and perks just gone in a friction of second . They never pay you for your hardwork instead if you are a good at licking. These guys will always treat you like servant not employee, they can call you at any time even on Saturday and Sundays without understanding your urgency at home ....Read More
