Once you been here, you can't relieve as you have to submit your original documents while joining. They use the term "Multi tasking" to get their productivity where you will work like a slave of the all those so called seniors (who are there for more than 6 years) and you will not be getting salary for what you did. Their pay is toolow and you will surely get mental depression. Though you do lot of the works, your lead will be getting the name for your work, where your work satisfaction spoil totally. As an ex employee, I will let all the people who would like to know about Mazenet, I advice you not to choose them. There will be more internal politics than the productivity. There is no food, team outing, incentives or whatever. The place is not even hygienic to work. There will be many cockroaches and rats. Upto my knowledge there are only 5% who served whole 3 months notice period with 1/2 salary and left....Read More

I was taking care of everything over there in the name of Multi tasking. Though I'm a sales coordinator, I was taking care of HR interviews and examinations 🤣🤣🤣

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
