I have worked as an customer support executive for voice process in Maxicus they will not treat freshers as freshers they will give training for just 1 week about the process after that they will directly push you to take calls, while taking calls they will feel us like worthless they start point out in on-job training, from 10th day onwards they start pressurized to meet kpi's, the floor manager will shout on us to meet KPI's and the employees will feel like they are worthless,first of all they will not give enough training and they will except to meet all KPI's in just 10 days of on job training it is very disturbing & disappointing If we ask leave on any emergency basis like health issue they will asked me to submit the entire medical reports of me for taking one day leave, the management, the team leaders are very toxic in understanding employee basic needs and rights, they will give lunch break but you have to ask daily twice and thrice to have a meal, After 3 pm also they will check for availability and then they will give you half an hour lunch break literally i feel like for having lunch also we have to take permission and approval of team leader it is very annoying...Read More

Maxicus is an indispensable criteria, by which, one can commence it's journey with a little amount of a salary like 10 to 14k . This must never be forgotten that Kochar never gets late to pay the salary & promotion. They are affable & humble too. The only thing that I do not adore in Maxicus is they have stopped drop & on the contrary salary is too low.

Here is a disgraceful work culture and non-responsive administration. Here's unethical conduct and an appreciative approach to conversations with female employees.

Really speechless how employees work in this company I did not know the company did not give my 1 month salary that is why I need to resign it but no salary given to me approx two months gone also the HR not helping...they just ignoring if we try to contact...
