I don't like because I had a very bad experience..hr team were not good ..After selection they can reject anyone in any time by any type of excuse...worst..they don't know what is time of value? They worst anyolnes time..And they continuously create pressure to everyone..

Maxicus is an indispensable criteria, by which, one can commence it's journey with a little amount of a salary like 10 to 14k . This must never be forgotten that Kochar never gets late to pay the salary & promotion. They are affable & humble too. The only thing that I do not adore in Maxicus is they have stopped drop & on the contrary salary is too low.

I worked there in Maxicus for around 3 months as an Hr Asst Manager. What i have experienced is this is not a company but a factory. Leadership abuses in the meeting, harass their employees.
