The compny back ground was very strong .like their products was a branded & international .facilities was good.

Dislikes

Work pressure was very high. 13 to 15 hours straight in a days. Higher authority never listen our good suggestion

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
