The job security doesn't exist so everything you are told cannot be taken at face value. Kindly make sure you check the job offer and salary before you sign up with them. They practice in mass lay-offs, I survived it but due to lack of progress and uncertainty about salaries I left the place with mutual agreement. Even though the people in charge and in HR have females, they didn't support a team leader when she was harassed within the work environment. Instead they gaslighted her blamed her to a point that she left. It was a horrible ordeal.
