It's a one of a kind of school. The work environment is very good. Its also best for career growth as teacher training is provided. Teachers are inspired to innovate their own style of teaching and hense providing best education to students.

Dislikes

Teaching to students can be sometimes difficult as teachers are from different background, but you will learn this skill by support of principal and other senior teachers.

Work Details

I worked in this school as an English teacher for a year. I was teching in std 6 to 9. I also took extra classes for students in basic English.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
