I am workin with the sai service Pvt ltd. Who runs the Maruti Suzuki Driving School. Here Work environment and culture is poor. Although teammates are very supportive. Talking about management, it has no coordination and it is really messy. No one think about the employees, they just want their work done anyhow. Talking about company policies it is just against the rights of employees in some cases illegal. It's premises is really small and vehicles are handled in really small spaces. Sometimes vehicles dashes to the another one. Salary hike is just a gimmick here. I have some examples here that some of the employees working here for 15 or more years but their salary is just 20k per month. During the COVID-19 they have fired so many employees without intimation with no salary settlement....Read More

Here in sai service, There are so many cons here. Premises are not clean. There is just one toilet for such a big outlet even customer s are using the same toilets and it is really stinky and dirty. No salary hike
