1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. No job security, basically it's not a software company but a third party solution provider . They will recruit you but actual work is done on client side. No office of their own (a single room for HR ). They will chase you only for submitting timesheets which they are most bothered of, nothing else matters for them.
