Full of politics, discrimination btw north and south people, they treat you like hell. HR policies pathetic, management doesn't know what to do, micromanagement, always call you on personal number don't know how to contact professionally. Whenever want to raise concern Hr shout on you rather than solving problems. Don't wants to listen mistakes of them always make target to you. During interview hr call you for work from home, and alot of projects or new project is coming they don't have much account only few are there., Give you alot more package during joining but make to apply lwp as you aren't tagged to project and on bench they forced to the hell. Don't think twice before joining, think thrice,before joining only if you wants to ruin your mental health....Read More

1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. Whoever is reading this. Please don’t join this company no matter what they are offering you. It may seem the best offer at the moment but trust me you will regret it. I was offered a position with a lot of promises and a guaranteed job security. My project got over in just 4 months and they gave me the notice. They don’t have any projects or bench system no matter what they tell you.
