No appraisal Job security is zero. many resource specially from salesforce where fire recently. HR are mouthpiece of managers. There is one manager Sumit Ghosh who is terrible. He is a Bengali and openly promote Bengali culture. He has openly said that he will make Marlabs a Bengali organisation. He promotes only Bengali people and non-Bengali are left alone.
