- We're looking for a dynamic Engagement Director to foster strong client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and oversee the successful delivery of our solutions.
- As the Engagement Director for Salesforce, you will lead a talented team of presales and delivery professionals, work closely with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction to clients.
- You will need to have expertise in Salesforce products, solutioning, proposal development and delivery to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- To thrive in this role, you should have a proven track record in presales and solution delivery, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue generation through presales activities such as product demos, presentations, and client consultations.
- Support the successful implementation and delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of presales and delivery professionals, providing guidance to enhance performance and achieve team goals.
- Build and maintain our presales collateral including proposals, demos, PoCs, customer case studies.
- Work with Sales and Delivery to create use case driven solution packages and offerings that will open doors into new accounts and strengthen our brand and focus.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, talent acquisition and delivery teams to ensure smooth, seamless customer engagement and project delivery.
- Provide strategic advice to clients, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth by delivering outstanding service and value.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing insights that help clients stay competitive.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating team members, fostering a positive work environment, and making critical decisions when needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, teams, and senior management, providing updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent client-facing activities, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Continuously look for ways to innovate and improve processes, solutions, and marketing collateral to better meet client needs and accelerate business success.
- Overall 15+ years of relevant experience is needed for the role.
