Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical delivery of engineering projects in Banking Clients from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time with high quality standards.

- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineering and test leads to drive delivery.

- Ensure the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis and mapping stage

Develop and maintain a detailed project plans and track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

- Stay abreast of the latest Banking industry trends to drive innovation within the company.

- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Leading discussions with various Banking Clients on transformation projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in delivery of large-scale and complex mission-critical solutions for Banking Clients

Technical Expertise:

- 14+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery management, with a strong focus on banking clients.

- Deep understanding of full-stack development, including Java, Python, React, and cloud technologies.

- Proven track record in delivering complex, mission-critical solutions for large-scale banking applications.

- Strong knowledge of IT software development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Experience with data and analytics solutions.

- Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design principles.

Leadership and Management:

- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams of 50-100+ members.

- Proven ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Domain Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of banking applications including core banking, retail and commercial lending, personal lending, and treasury.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience in the consulting industry.

- Exposure to data engineering and analytics tools.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends.
