Delivery Head (10-14 yrs)

In this role, you are responsible for Lead Operations & Transformation for strategic key accounts for SGA. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The role will be based in Pune.

Responsibilities :

- Actively engage with clients to understand requirements and expectations to deliver innovative industry leading solutions. Some of these solutions would be cross functional impacting clients across industry verticals.

- Deliver End-to-End business impact and drive efficiency to ensure exclusive implementation / streamlining the onshore/offshore operations across client and SGA centers.

- Work with the client to nail down Business outcomes that matter, identify metrics/critical metrics, envisage client business scenarios, and spell out clearly the value proposition from the customer standpoint.

- Be a trusted advisor to the client CXOs by building deep understanding of client challenges and business priorities as we lead change in the complex client environment.

- Bring in deep industry knowledge and thought leadership.

- Lead Large Span of complex business and operating teams to deliver zero surprise operations with building strong quality frameworks and Early warning signals.

- Review operating performance and transformation agenda with senior client partners reciprocally.

- Work to further improve the Gross Margins on these accounts by active cost optimization initiatives.

- Bring in perspectives of Advanced Technologies - Robotics, M/c learning, Natural Language Processing, Analytics etc. to improve the transformation opportunity for existing clients and work closely with our Technology teams to bring industry knowledge, outstanding capabilities, innovation, and groundbreaking technology to our clients.

- This role will require you to be very ambitious, consultative, and well-networked with multiple functional teams in the organization.

- You will be encouraged to be passionate about industry's realities and pain points and know how to seek these using technology, domain, and process expertise.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications :

- MBA, relevant Qualification in Technology space.

- Proven experience in leading large spans organization across regions and across clients and delivering business impact for clients.

- Strong Financial and business acumen to deliver value for both clients and SGA.

- Proven track record of driving technology led transformation programs for clients.
