Delivery Head - Testing Services (10-17 yrs)

- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction for software testing services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client needs, and delivering customized solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.

- End-to-end delivery of testing services across multiple projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will act as a key stakeholder, driving testing strategies, managing high-performing teams, and fostering client relationships.

- Project Delivery: Ensure the on-time, quality delivery of testing projects across diverse domains and technologies. Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end testing engagements.

- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of testing professionals to achieve excellence in delivery.

- Innovation & Optimization: Drive innovation in testing processes by adopting the latest tools, methodologies, and frameworks.

- Work closely with technical teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.

- Resource and Cost Optimization: Identify and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity while minimizing costs. Develop and manage project.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to create innovative testing solutions that align with market trends and client needs.

- Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

- Monitor account performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
