We are seeking a highly experienced Account Delivery Manager / Leader with expertise in embedded systems to join Onward Technologies to elevate and grow our Industrial vertical.
This key leadership role involves overseeing delivery excellence, client relationships, and business growth, particularly with strategic OEM customers, while ensuring operational efficiency and innovation.
Role Summary:
As an Account Delivery Leader, you will manage delivery excellence and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders while driving embedded systems programs.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting our ER&D services with a balanced onsite-offshore model, focusing on building scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across North America, Europe, and other key markets.
Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Grow, manage key strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery while driving strategic growth and profitability.
- Build the foundation for all development activities and conceptualize diverse service offerings and solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Take ownership of key performance parameters to drive operating margins and overall account profitability.
- Establish and refine operating procedures, define work assignments, and oversee planning and project management activities to achieve delivery excellence.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- 15+ years of experience in embedded systems, with at least 5 years in a service-based company within the ER&D sector.
- Experience in working with / handling Industrial Equipment & Heavy Machinery customers.
- Active Business or other valid US visa is highly desired.
- Proven expertise in embedded systems, including platforms, firmware, hardware, and connectivity.
- Experience in model-based development using tools like MATLAB and Simulink.
- Knowledge of engineering/software standards and guidelines, such as MISRA C, MAAB Guidelines, and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety).
- Strong understanding of product security protocols (an added advantage).
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models with OEM and Tier 1 clients.
- Successfully implemented Agile, Kanban, and SAFe Scrum methodologies.
- Graduate or postgraduate in Engineering.
