V) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Good experience in Portfolio, Program and Project Management in Banking domain and must have strong Core Banking Application insights

- Experience and knowledge of more than one Core Banking solutions like Finacle, Fiserve, T24, Flexcube, Finstra etc. is an advantage.

- Responsible for P&L of large Banking customer base including Account mining and revenue management

- Strong experience in leading delivery of implementation, customization project in Core Banking solutions

- Strong Core Banking Application knowledge, Implementation experience in large Banks

- Should be capable of building delivery leaders at various hierarchy levels for delivery efficiency and effectiveness

- Good experience in Service Delivery Management with a team of 100+ resources.

- Strong Knowledge of Service delivery process at CMMI Level 3 or 5 is added advantage.

- Services Management, Revenue Retention & Business growth Specialist

- Good understanding of overall landscape of Banking Solutions is advantageous

VI) EDUCATION :

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred
