I have very bad experience with the client who keeps on torturing you even if you are good. Lot of politics needs management from management level.

Work Details

Very Bad experience thr client is very rude and not capable of the situation the resource are at. They just use you as slaves. It will be a mental torture from you if you are assigned in few projects here.

Work days: Monday to Friday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

At first the salary depends on the kind of client , good salary if provided only if you are able to join within a week and you get what you ask for . On terms of job security , it purely depends on clients. I saw they terminated few people before they complete 6 months. Work culture is as usual.

Dislikes

Not employee friendly . They worry only about clients and not about the employees. No good benefits for weekend support or even the whole night support. You do not get any benefits though you work from morning 10 to night 12. If you planning to change for one or 2 years it is okay . Not for more than that if you have to balance financial, work , personal life. No good cafeteria or food , no fancy stuffs like MNCs in Bangalore , no team outing or dinner lunch etc....Read More

company is very good but people for Mysore training employee its not good. they will play like foot baal .. they will send client location they will get more money and they will give u very less ... wheather difficult to survive.. for hike they will think 100 times. and very less hike also

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
